Privacy Policy and General Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions

1.1. These Privacy Policy and General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter – the “Terms”) regulate the procedure for using the online store (hereinafter – the “Store”), the conditions of purchase and sale, and the processing of personal data.

2. Placing Orders and Conclusion of Contract

2.1. The Buyer may purchase goods in the Store only after familiarizing themselves with these Terms.
 2.2. The order is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer selects goods in the online store, forms a cart, and pays the amount specified for the order.
 2.3. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods according to the information provided at the time of the order.

3. Delivery of Goods

3.1. Goods are delivered as follows:

  • Digital goods – electronically (download link sent to the Buyer’s email).

  • Physical goods – via courier or parcel terminal, depending on the Buyer’s choice.
     3.2. Delivery times and conditions are specified with each product or during the order process.

4. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

4.1. Digital goods (e.g., tasks, coloring pages) are non-refundable after download, in accordance with Article 6.228^10 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.
 4.2. Physical goods may be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided they are unused, undamaged, and properly packaged.
 4.3. Return costs (if the product is not defective) are covered by the Buyer.

5. Liability

5.1. The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate information when placing an order.
 5.2. The Seller is not liable for losses if the Buyer did not familiarize themselves with these Terms, despite being given the opportunity to do so.

Privacy Policy

2. Processed Personal Data

2.1. For order fulfillment, the Store processes the following data:

  • First name, last name;

  • Email address, phone number;

  • Address (for delivery of goods);

  • Purchase history.

3. Purposes of Data Processing

  • Acceptance and fulfillment of orders;

  • Issuance of invoices;

  • Customer service and communication;

  • Direct marketing (only with the customer’s consent).

4. Data Retention

4.1. Accounting documents are stored for the period established by law (10 years).
 4.2. Data for direct marketing is processed until consent is withdrawn.

5. Data Transfer

5.1. Data may be transferred only to:

  • Payment service providers;

  • Couriers / postal service providers;

  • Accounting service providers.

6. Customer Rights

The Buyer has the right to:

  • Access their data;

  • Request correction or deletion;

  • Withdraw consent for data processing for direct marketing;

  • Submit a complaint to the State Data Protection Inspectorate.

7. Cookies

The Store may use cookies to improve browsing experience and collect anonymous statistics. The Buyer may disable cookies at any time in their browser settings.
